Easy to find, the main university campus in Exeter is open to visitors. There are extensive grounds to walk in and the lovely lakes at the bottom of Rennes Drive are home to lots of ducks willing to be fed!
Park on Prince of Wales Road and pay at the meters or park in Car Parks A (nearest) or C (follow signs) and pay and display if it’s during the week. I’m the evenings and at the weekends a lot of the campus restrictions are lifted. The D bus from the City Centre has stops on campus. There is a footpath from the top of Rennes Drive on the opposite side of the road to Car Park A that runs down to the lakes.
Feed the ducks, have a wander and explore, take a picnic and blanket and find your own spot to snack.
Dogs on leads are allowed. There are lots of facilities on campus with many cafes and toilets in every building.
