Exeter and Around – Half Term with the National Trust

A La Ronde

You can read more about A La Ronde here. There are trails, a craft afternoon and garden games.

Killerton

Killerton is so close to Exeter and we visit various parts of the estate regularky – it’s one of our favourite places! For half term they are holding Moth Mornings between 10 & 11.30 (free), a butterfly walk on Thursday afternoon (free but you need to book) and a spring trail (free) around the grounds.

Castle Drogo

Castle Drogo is a brilliant day out with children, with walks along the Teign Gorge, a small play area, a fantastic play house and loads of gardens and paths to explore. This holiday they are running craft sessions today (£1)  and a trail all week (£1/child with badge)

Knightshayes

Knightshayes is running a tasty trail in their kitchen garden (£2 incl prize) and there is the fabulous new play area at Four Oaks to visit too!
