We had such an amazing time at Bovey Tracey Outdoor Pool where my 6 and 8 year olds were lucky enough to take part in a charity fundraising session kindly run by Mermaid Sarah from Aquatic Dramatic.

After a swim assessment (that was made to feel like a fun warm up rather than a test) the girls were fitted with their fins and got to choose their beautiful tales.

The session was well structured to help the merfolk to build up the skills they needed to really enjoy the free fun session towards the end.

It all looked like so much fun and very magical. Luckily Sarah offers sessions for grown ups too…
